BikeFitFinder (BFF) is an online platform that helps connect riders and bike fitters. Learn how you can contribute by leaving a review or submitting a fitter profile.
Leave a Review
To leave a review:
- Select “Write a Review” above the map on a fitter’s profile.
- Login or create an account.
- Select the star rating and leave your comments.
- Select “Submit Review”.
Thank you! Once you’ve submitted a review, the content will go into a queue for approval before publishing.
Submit a Fitter Profile
- Select “+ Add Listing” from the top navigation to start creating a fitter profile.
- Fill out the required information on the “Add Details” page.
- Select the “Submit Listing” button at the bottom of the form.
That’s it! Once you’ve submitted a profile, the content will go into a queue for approval before publishing.
Fitter Requirements
Independent Fitters
To be listed on BikeFitFinder as an “Independent Fitter”, the fitter profile must have:
- Name: Use your business name. An individual’s name is acceptable if that’s how you primarily represent your bike fitting business.
- Location: A verifiable address where you conduct your fitting appointments.
- Description: A description of your bike fitting business. There is no minimum length requirement, but at a minimum, include a call to action (a.k.a. Email/Call/Visit my website for more information.
- A website, social media account, or other business profile demonstrating that bike fitting is a primary aspect of your business. If your business also offers bike sales or repairs, then fitting should be promoted at least as prominently as other services. This website/profile will be used to verify your “fitter” status, but does not need to be submitted through the form.
Bike Shops
- Name: The name of your shop.
- Location: A verifiable address where you conduct your fitting appointments.
- Description: A description of your shop, ideally with an emphasis on fitting services. There is no minimum length requirement, but at a minimum, include a call to action (a.k.a. Email/Call/Visit my website for more information.
- A website, social media account, or other business profile demonstrating that bike fitting services are offered at your shop. This website/profile will be used to verify that you offer fits, but does not need to be submitted through the form.
Claim an Existing Profile
Claiming a profile gives you permission to edit it on an ongoing basis.
- Select “Claim Listing” on a fitter profile.
- Enter your justification for claiming the listing.
- Select “Submit Claim”.
If your claim is approved, you will have access to edit the listing.
